Mention Network is a Shopify app that shows whether AI assistants like ChatGPT recommend your store when shoppers ask where to buy a product.

Mention Network is a Shopify app that tells you whether your store shows up when shoppers ask AI assistants "where can I buy [product]", and helps you fix it so AI picks you. It measures real answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and Claude for a specific product, in a specific location and language.

The app is listed on the Shopify App Store as Mention Network AI Visibility and appears in your Shopify admin as Mention Network. Its tagline is AI Visibility Solution for Store Owners.

What problem does Mention Network solve?

Shoppers increasingly ask AI assistants questions like "where can I buy X in [city]" instead of searching on Google. If your store is not in the AI's answer, you lose that customer, and until now there was no easy way to know whether you appear, at what rank, or which competitors are recommended instead. Mention Network measures exactly that, per product, per location, per language.

This is not SEO rank tracking. SEO tools track Google search rankings; Mention Network measures what AI assistants actually answer when shoppers ask where to buy. That is a different channel with different rules, where trust signals and structured data matter more than keywords.

Who is Mention Network for?

Mention Network is built for Shopify merchants who resell products: multi-brand retail shops, dropshippers, and regional retailers. No technical skills are needed. The app explains what it found in plain language and shows the evidence.

It works for any industry and any country. English-language markets are best supported today, and more languages are being rolled out.
